What age groups can join the kids' program?

Our kids’ program is designed for children ages 4-15.

Do I need prior experience to join?

No, we welcome all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

What should I bring to class?

A GI for traditional classes, comfortable workout clothes for NO GI, and a water bottle.

How often should I train?

We recommend training at least 2-3 times per week for consistent progress.

Do you offer trial classes?

Yes! We offer a free trial class for new students to experience our training.
